Phongsaly – Ban Borkong – Ban Namleng – Ban Phouxoum – back to Phongsaly(_/L/_)
Meet our guide at your hotel at 7:30 am. then we  take private Tuk-Tuk/private car from office   to  the point  where our trek start. We start our trek from dirt road to Borkong  village( 2.5 km) . Arrive at village, we shall spend a good time to visit this village( Phounoi tribe, believe in Buddhism ). After that we start trekking  along small trail downhill to a small stream.  on the way we have good chance to  walk pass green  tea gardens and rice fields.  we  have picnic  lunch there. If you want to do any activity,  for example: Farming, weeding, tea colleting,  etc…  you can join with the local people. After that we will continue our trekking pass primary forest and walk  along the stream.  you will get experience with nice scenery, landscapes . you will enjoy a  nice atmosphere along stream.  After that we continue walking uphill  to Namleng village (Akha oma tribe, believe in animism),
we visit  their  village, learn  how to know their life style. We spend  times and take good chance for photography   of people, see what they  are doing their daily activities in the village.  After that we hike from this village uphill to Phouxoum village(Phounoi tribe), on the way we have a good chance to walk up to higher point, see wonderful  landscapes, get experience  the views of mountains. Arrive at village nearby the road.  Then jump into private Tuk-Tuk from Phousoum village back to Phomngsaly town.
Approximately: 4 - 5 hours trekking. Trekking level:  moderate

• Trek start: At 7:30 am. from Phongsaly District.
• Trek end : at 5:00 pm. in Phongsaly town.

What should you bring for the trek:
Good shoes for trekking, long pants, hat, raincoat( rainy season), mosquito spray.
